M³D Training w/ Coach Brent
This program is exclusively for men in the LGBTQ+ community who want to build maximum muscle with minimum dose training – improving their health, mindset, and confidence in the process.
M³D Training is for men who have experience in the gym and want to take their results to the next level. A lot of guys are consistent with the gym but don’t have the results to show for it. We want to change that! But there are no shortcuts or gimmicks here. We only work with men who are willing to put in the work. We won’t hold your hand and do it for you, but we will you support and help you hold yourself accountable.
✔️Hypertrophy Training Program designed specifically for you and your unique goals. Workouts are delivered via our app which guides you through each session from start to finish – so you know exactly what to do and how to do it.
✔️Nutrition Habit Plan to ensure your eating habits are aligned with your training and to optimize your health. The plan works for any nutrition protocol or dietary restrictions that you might follow. Learn how to eat to look and feel your best in an enjoyable, sustainable way.
✔️Mindset System consisting of 12-modules to learn specific tools to help manage stress, eliminate self-sabotage behavior, set and reach goals, and much more. We also hold weekly live group mindset workshops to learn, reflect, and share with other members of the community.

The investment for the program is $197 USD per month, with a minimum 3-month commitment.
The program will require 3 or 4 hypertrophy training sessions per week done on your time (sessions last about an hour). The program is completely remote – we work with men all over the world – and is completely flexible to your schedule.
