Our Unique Methodology

How is this different from everything else?

An effective and efficient workout should never take you more than 45-minutes, warm up and cool down included. The purpose of the workouts are not to have you lying on the floor in a puddle of sweat. You are NOT working out to burn calories. You are working out to get strong af, build muscle and definition, and to improve the quality of your movement. And this isn’t an everyday thing either. 3 or 4 training sessions per week are enough to get you massive results so you not only look great, but more importantly, feel amazing in your body.

This is not a meal plan, and this is not your traditional idea of a diet either. You will actually be encouraged NOT to restrict the things that you love. Beers, cocktails, pizza, cookies – you name it. There’s room for it all! Rather than dictating to you what you can and can’t eat, we will work to optimize your current nutrition to make it work with your specific goals by focusing on simple healthy habits, one at a time.

The program focuses heavily on this component that is typically ignored altogether. We all have stories that we tell ourselves that have been holding us back for years. With our 4 Pillar Mindset System, we can start to shift the narratives to move you from stuck to sustainable success. This applies not only to your fitness, but any area of your life. The mindset system alone can change your life!

How Body Goals Blueprint works?

1. Training Program

A customized training program to look and feel strong af! The program will be tailored around whatever equipment you have available. Gym access is not required.

2. Nutrition Program​
A comprehensive nutrition habit program including education, monitoring, and simple daily targets so that you can reach your body goals without sacrificing the foods you love.​
3. Mindset System​
The 4 Pillar Mindset System will help you identify and rewrite the thoughts, beliefs, and expectations you currently hold that are getting in the way of your success.​
4. 1-on-1 & Group Support​
You have a 1-on-1 Support Coach to hold you accountable for every step of the program. You also have access to a private Facebook Group with other men in the program and weekly group Zoom calls.
