What is Patterns Reset?
Patterns Reset is a 4-week group coaching program designed to help you get unstuck by identifying limiting patterns and replacing them with an aligned mindset and supportive habits that empower your personal and professional life. The program is delivered live via Zoom by Coach Brent. Each week, there will be one 60-minute live session covering the material in the program, followed by a 20-minute Q&A. Each session will be recorded; the recordings and course material will be available for download following each session.
