This program is NOT for you if you want to:

  • Implement unsustainable or extreme methods that compromise your health (no steroids, no shortcuts, and no gimmicks allowed)
  • Focus only on the number on the scale as the sole measurement of success
  • Use shame, guilt, and negative self-talk to “motivate” yourself

Our Unique Methodology

How is Sanuk Lift different from everything else?

An effective and efficient workout should never take you more than an hour, warm up and cool down included. The purpose of the workouts are not to have you lying on the floor in a puddle of sweat. You are NOT working out to burn calories. You are working out to get strong af, build muscle and definition, and to improve the quality of your movement. And this isn’t an everyday thing either. 3 or 4 training sessions per week are often enough to get you massive results so you not only look great, but more importantly, feel amazing in your body.

This is not a meal plan, and this is not your traditional idea of a diet either. You will actually be encouraged NOT to restrict the things that you love. There’s room for everything in moderation! Rather than dictating to you what you can and can’t eat, we will work to optimize your current nutrition to make it work with your specific goals by focusing on simple healthy habits, one at a time.

The program focuses heavily on this component that is typically ignored altogether. We all have stories that we tell ourselves that have been holding us back for years. By learning to shift the thoughts and beliefs that are keeping us stuck, we can stop getting in our own way. This applies not only to your fitness, but any area of your life. The mindset system alone can change your life!
