This program is NOT for you if you want to:

  • Implement unsustainable or extreme methods that compromise your health (no steroids, no shortcuts, and no gimmicks allowed)
  • Focus only on the number on the scale as the sole measurement of success
  • Use shame, guilt, and negative self-talk to “motivate” yourself
  • Constantly make excuses for not following the program
  • Sell yourself short and allow your self-limiting beliefs to become self-fulfilling prophecies
  • Refuse to acknowledge that your life and your success are your responsibility

Our Unique Methodology

How is Sanuk Lift different from everything else?

An effective and efficient workout should never take you more than an hour, warm up and cool down included. The purpose of the workouts are not to have you lying on the floor in a puddle of sweat. You are NOT working out to burn calories. You are working out to get strong af, build muscle and definition, and to improve the health of your body and movement. And this isn’t an everyday thing either. 3 or 4 training sessions per week are enough to get you massive results so you not only look great, but more importantly, feel amazing in your body. (And so you have time to incorporate other forms of movement and exercise into your week!)

This is not a meal plan, and this is not your traditional idea of a diet either. You will actually be encouraged NOT to restrict the things that you love. There’s room for everything in moderation! Rather than dictating to you what you can and can’t eat, we will work to optimize your current nutrition to make it work with your health and fitness goals by focusing on simple healthy habits, one at a time.

The program focuses heavily on this component that is typically ignored altogether. We all have stories that we tell ourselves that have been holding us back for years. By learning to shift the thoughts and beliefs that are keeping us stuck, we can stop getting in our own way. This applies not only to your fitness, but any area of your life. The mindset system alone can change your life!

Strength Training Program

Gym or at-home program designed specifically for you and your unique goals. It is completely flexible to your schedule. Workouts are delivered via our app which guides you through each session from start to finish – so you know exactly what to do and how to do it.

Nutrition Habit Plan

Step by step plan to ensure
your eating habits are aligned with your training and to optimize your health. The plan works for any nutrition protocol or dietary restrictions that you might follow. Learn how to eat to look and feel your best in an enjoyable, sustainable way.

Mindset Program

A 12-module mindset system to learn specific tools to help manage stress, eliminate self-sabotage behavior, set and reach goals, and much more. We also hold weekly live group mindset workshops to learn, reflect, and share with other members of the community.

Unlimited Support
