Our Unique Methodology

How is Sanuk Lift different from everything else?

An effective and efficient workout should never take you more than an hour, warm up and cool down included. The purpose of the workouts are not to have you lying on the floor in a puddle of sweat. You are NOT working out to burn calories. You are working out to get strong af, build muscle and definition, and to improve the quality of your movement. And this isn’t an everyday thing either. 3 or 4 training sessions per week are enough to get you massive results so you not only look great, but more importantly, feel amazing in your body.

This is not a meal plan, and this is not your traditional idea of a diet either. You will actually be encouraged NOT to restrict the things that you love. There’s room for everything in moderation! Rather than dictating to you what you can and can’t eat, we will work to optimize your current nutrition to make it work with your specific goals by focusing on simple healthy habits, one at a time.

The program focuses heavily on this component that is typically ignored altogether. We all have stories that we tell ourselves that have been holding us back for years. By learning to shift the thoughts and beliefs that are keeping us stuck, we can stop getting in our own way. This applies not only to your fitness, but any area of your life. The mindset system alone can change your life!

How Sanuk Lift works?

1. Training Program

A customized training program to look and feel strong af! The program will be tailored to you and your specific goals.

2. Nutrition Program​

A simple nutrition habit program including education, monitoring, and achievable daily targets so that you can reach your goals without sacrificing the foods you love.​

3. Mindset System​

The Sanuk Mindset Reset System will help you identify and rewrite the thoughts, beliefs, and expectations you currently hold that are getting in the way of your success.​

4. 1-on-1 & Group Support​
You have a 1-on-1 Support Coach to hold you accountable for every step of the program. You also have access to a private Facebook Group with other men in the program and weekly group Zoom calls.

Coach Brent

I am the founder of Sanuk Movement and Programming Coach. I am the guy who creates your custom training plan depending on your individual goals, the nutrition and habit program, and the mindset course. Basically it’s my name you’ll be cursing during your workouts, but don’t worry I’m used to it. I have over 10 years experience helping clients as a Personal Training Specialist, Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Online Trainer (Levels 1 & 2), and Certified Mindset Coach (Levels 1 & 2). My mission is simple: to help you build a strong body, a resilient mind, and a happy life.

Coach Juan

I am the Support Coach at Sanuk Movement. Essentially, I’m the guy who’s always watching and who’s always there for you whenever you need it. My superpower is finding the perfect balance between showing you compassion when you’re not showing it to yourself, and calling you out on your bullshit when it needs to happen (but don’t worry, I’m never an asshole!). My mission is also simple: to make sure you succeed in the program, reach your goals, and have some fun in the process!

Pricing Details

The investment for the program is $247 USD every 4-weeks, with an initial commitment of 16-weeks. After that, you will continue on a 4-week to 4-week basis until cancelled.
